I have lost almost the entirety of my weight at home. We only have 4 sets of dumbbells. We use those, as well as body weight exercises. I also walk a LOT around the house. It gets hard to think of new things to do at times, but it's completely doable.

I started when I was 235lbs, and have been lifting ever since. You absolutely will lose weight and fat doing so. It might not be the fastest way, but it is, in my opinion, completely worth the slower progress.

Too many reasons to even begin to list. A great one for me however, has been the ability to throw my 38lb toddler over my shoulder to carry him out of the store when he's being difficult. The looks I get are hilarious, because he's huge.

I've been Paleo/Primal for about a year and a half. I'm about 90% strict with it. Do NOT do gluten ever (I learned I was seriously intolerant to it), and have discovered that I now can't do corn either. I do have occasional dairy like milk (not often), yogurt, and cheese. For routines I would suggest looking at bodybuilding.com. There are many programs that you can follow based on your goals, gender, etc. It's a great resource.

1. Remove the word "diet" from your vocabulary. Diets don't work (at least long-term), and they make you hangry and a miserable person. 2. Is that all the food you plan on eating? Have fun with that. No, really. Food is your friend. 3.. Eat all the protein. 4. Lift weights. See fat disappear, see muscles appear underneath.

The "same"? Depends on the equipment you have. Still get great results, sure! I only have dumbbells and my own body weight, but about 75% of my results have been done at home.
