Well my husband and I have been doing Paleo now (he's more Primal, he loves his cheese) since October 18th. Between June and October, I had lost 16lbs, and my husband had lost body fat, but not really numbers on the scale. Since starting Paleo, I'm down 15 lbs, and he's down 12lbs. Road Trip
So my husband and I will be driving from Idaho to Texas next month (1,500 miles). I'll take a cooler, so besides what I've already thought of (jerky, nuts, figs), what Paleo food could I take that wouldn't go bad? The trip will take about 3 days.

Ladies, how much do you bench?
So today was the first time I did flat and incline bench press (I used the Smith machine). I felt like weak sauce. How much does everyone else bench? I just want a comparison for what is reasonable. Thanks!
