Bumping for beards
-
That is so sweet! What a beautiful baby :flowerforyou:
-
For sure, it's hot! I didn't used to be a fan of bald or beards, but now I can't imagine any other way
-
Paleo cereal (thanks for the idea fairysoul!) Sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, walnuts, and pecans with some berries and peaches. It also has an orange honey and coconut milk caramel, then poured some almond and coconut milk over it all. Bacon-wrapped, honey-glazed chorizo meatloaf with warm plantain and red…

That one is pushing it. Sounds like an invitation to get compliments and flirt (only in my opinion).
-
I wouldn't mind, especially if I knew. We talk about how other girls look all the time. I even show him pictures I come across of his favorite, Christina Hendricks. As long as he tells me I'm beautiful (which he does), then I'm good
-
So exactly why are you in a beard thread?
-
I know you asked the guys, but as a fan, here's my husband with his fabulous beard (and making goofy faces).
-
Awesome, thanks! I have a bag full of dates. That is on my list for sure. Lately I've been obsessed with a new treat (doesn't photograph well). It's almond butter, coconut butter, cocoa powder, and a little stevia. Tastes like dark chocolate cookie dough, so good.
-
Just my opinion, but I've always noticed a guy's personality, face, and smile over weight. It's pretty hard to tell how much some guys weigh anyhow. I totally agree with you approaching the wrong girls as well. That's just rude, immature behavior on their part.
-
@fairysoul- Is the cereal coconut milk with coconut, berries and nuts? Looks good, I want to try it!
-
Awesome job lady!!
-
Coconut EVERYTHING!
-
Lol, I was thinking the same thing! I was ranting about "journey" a few weeks ago. Great minds
-
It drives me batsh*t crazy. It's so overused and just, annoying. Hence my quote on my page.

Paleo Hash. Butternut squash, sweet potatoes, asparagus, red pepper, garlic, bacon, chicken sausage, and topped with fried egg.
-
Butternut squash curry chicken soup Roasted butternut squash and red pepper, onion, garlic, tomatoes, chicken, coconut milk, curry, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, ginger, butter, coconut oil, and olive oil. Topped with dates, figs, cilantro, and sriracha. Sweet potato latkes (made with egg and coconut flour), egg,…

I <3 my baldy. I shave his head in the shower for him
-
19, which is absurdly too young. 29 now and just had #3 (and the last one) in March.
-
The thread with the pictures is great (I'm visual), and I checked out all 50 pages of www.thefoodee.com last night. Awesome recipes. www.nomnompaleo.com is good too.

http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/37-primal-paleo-support-group Here you go. Run away from the boards, fast
-
It really doesn't taste like avocado! The avocado just subs as a fat. By the time you add the cocoa, chocolate, honey, and stevia, it's totally unrecognizable. You should try it
-
Fat doesn't make you fat, or make it harder to lose fat. Crap, and lots of it make you fat.

Chocolate avocado tart from last night. Here's the recipe- Chocolate Fudge Crust Ingredients: 1 Cup Pitted Dates 1 Cup Slivered Almonds 1 Tsp Vanilla Extract 2 Tbsp Cocoa Chocolate Avocado Pudding Ingredients: 4 Avocados 1/4 Tsp Salt 1 Tbsp Vanilla Extract 4 Tbsp Agave (Maple Syrup, Honey or Stevia) 2 Packets Stevia 1/3…

Probably. I can't remember where I read that for the life of me. I don't do that anymore, but for someone with really low energy while working out, it might be an option.
-
Personally, I feel more energetic. Fasting has actually eliminated the horrible blood sugar dips I would have (queasiness, headache, etc. when not eating first thing in the morning.) Whenever I worked out before breaking the fast, I would have half a protein shake beforehand, the other half afterwards during the feeding…
-
Sure does! You're doing 14/10. Same thing I do, give or take an hour here and there.
-
I've been doing it for around two months or so. I do much better this way. Keeps me from eating crap in the mornings or late at night just because I'm tired. I've never felt "bad" as a result of fasting. Just depends on what works best dependent on each person's lifestyle. Copaiba- www.leangains.com

I did that too (my back already has issues though). Heating pad, ice, more heating pad. Ibuprofen. Once it feels better, yoga and stretching help so much. Then EASE back into lifts involving lower back (I'm still not doing anything bent over like rows or deadlifts. Sucks.). Chiropractor if you can swing it!

Let's see if I can remember all the things in these. I wish they were more colorful :ohwell: Pumpkin pie- We repurposed our pumpkin "pudding" for the filling. Pumpkin puree, coconut milk, pecans, almond butter, and chia seeds. Crust is just assorted nuts and seeds, with a little butter, one egg, honey, and almond milk.…
