I drink Crystal Light Energy. Will still make you pee, but more mg of caffeine, so you won't have to drink a whole lot. Caffeine pills work too, just not as cheap.

I just finished my third day of it yesterday. I love it! OHP is pretty hard, rows a little less hard. Did you download the app for it? It's so helpful.

I feel bummed if I get less than 160g, but I usually end up around 120g. Since I'm doing Stronglifts though, protein is really important to me.

Yeah, look at Lauren ^^. She's the protein queen. She eats up to 200g a day (correct me if I'm wrong), and look what it does for her muscles!

My 9 year old gets horrible eczema. The only thing we had luck with is Cetaphil. Not taking hot showers helps to not aggravate it further. ^^Forgot about coconut oil! Swimming had made my 4 year old's eczema dry and red, and coconut oil helped in two days! Magical, that stuff is.

Well, the other day my husband chopped an earwig in half that was in some cabbage he was cutting up. Hey, it was from the farmer's market, it was just really fresh :wink:

LMAO, because my husband swears he's gotten taller too. I'm going to go with posture improvement, but I wish lifting sprinkled fairy dust to make me taller!

I can only speak for myself, but in my experience, inches count for more. I could lose pounds so much quicker, but by lifting weights and losing inches, I look better at my current weight than I did at 20lbs less. Weight can account for water, glycogen, etc, and may not reflect you actually looking better. Losing inches on…

I've dealt with this since I was only 20 or so. I have horrible allergies too. Nothing seems to help other than finding good concealers.
