start with a plan for one week and see how it goes. there is a website skinnytaste.com that has good low calorire but yammy recipes to plan all meals. Just stick to it and you will see results, it is never too late or early to change your life.

I did it from time to time, some videos are really good, others I did not like that much. I plan to keep mixing it up with other dvd's. He'll have to try and see for himself.

great point about motivation! also, I hope your fridge and cupboards have healthy food mostly, not junk, you can binge all you want on low fat greek yogurt or proteins:)

Lifting weights for women or so, a very popular book, try it, the reviews from women were very good.

I keep stopping and going back to the program, I like it, it's great. I use free weights, from 5 to 15 or 20 pounds. For jumping jacks or running in place no weights as I find it not very comfortable:)

I didn't check your diary but if that's what you are eating, pizza and macs on a regular basis not wonder you gained wegiht. Pack your own healthy lunches. I do, saves me money and I know I am eating healthy. You'll see the difference.

I started on MFP aggressively, wishing to lose 2 pounds a week which put me on 1200 cal a day. I try to work out every day, 30d shred but recently missed a few days. I read somewhere long time ago there is a Japanese technique or some other to strengthen facial muscles with special exercises, if you google facial muscle exer. maybe there will be something.

I am reading the new rules of lifting for women and doing 30d shred. The shred dvd I do with 5,8, and 12 pound weights, I can see results. I also ordered TapOut with a resistance band, will see.

I think your doctor should be able to recommend some physical activity, I am not sure what to recommend, really light weights maybe, leg raises, tiny ones.
