it is so easy to relax and to just give in... you can do it as long as you are counting calories, maybe. I know that for me it is usually one or two weeks before that time of the month when I crave chips, sweets, baked goodies, etc...

agree with all, it must be diet and limit beer, I was reading somewhere not long ago, you can't get rid of fat in just one area of your body, it's a total burn, so eat more lean protein (fish, eggs, egg white, chicken) and veggies for carbs.

Try Dr.Dukan diet, you may lose some quickly plus exercise. I once tried it, 7 days on lean protein lost 6 pounds.

I am not sure if coffee before working out is a good idea as it is diaretic, you lose more water. I usually work out in the evening after work. I have lunch, then a tiny snack, lots of water during the day and during workout. Eat a good lunch with carbs and protein.

I take it as positive thinking, it is better to say for health reasons than for beauty reasons and I do think Megan is beautiful. I am doing it for both, want to be skinny so I can dress up and healthy so I feel well overall.

I have logging for about a week now but because it is mostly same stuff I eat every day, I could do it ahead of time, even working out, the 30d shred, I like it very much, keeps me motivated, especially when I see that I did not exceed my dailly calorie intake and did not use the exercise calories:)

honestly, I did not take it seriously, counting calories, up until this month:) I think I'll stay on MFP for a while and keep counting calories as well as reading labels better and making healthier choices when it comes to grocery shopping.
