Down and desperate:(:(
I started on MFP really well, went to see a nutritionist and between the visits lost 1 kg a few months ago, today I went shopping and omg, two ugly rolls of fat on my back are back!!!!!!!! I don't know what to do, I am totally desperate, I feel like a total loser... Should I go on a strict diet? I feel like I need to do it…

To those who've done it, did you do the program every day? or three times a week? I am not sure where to start.

Food tracker question
If I saved points or whatever because I did not eat enough or worked out too much one day, does it have to be used the same day or can it be carried over to the next day? For example, if I worked out today but went a little over with food, is that it for today or can I deduct the points from tomorrow?

Can I use saved calories to have a few drinks?
Not deliberately, although sometimes yes. Weekend is coming up and we are invited over to our friends. There will be margaritas... I do not want to say no as it is summer (what an excuse) but I don't want to feel totally guilty either. What do you do?
