Food tracker question

If I saved points or whatever because I did not eat enough or worked out too much one day, does it have to be used the same day or can it be carried over to the next day? For example, if I worked out today but went a little over with food, is that it for today or can I deduct the points from tomorrow?

Carry it over
You can't actually 'move' the calories over but you can keep track of them your self. If you've got an even or something coming up that is a good way to enjoy without over doing it.
