Lemons are a great choice! They are a natural detox for the body! In fact my favorite meal is skinless bare baked or grilled chicken with like....um...a million lemons squeezed on it!:bigsmile: plus add your pepper and you have lemon pepper chicken, and you dont need the sodium! :glasses:

I just logged it under the slowest walking pace. My normal day has any where from 4-7 hours so a 13 hour day is a boost. I cal'd up before I left for breakaset:sick: with a hhuuggeee salad and that keep me good till about 5pm. Then I went with my normal salmon and broc :wink: It still wore me out and im getting up right…

I don't know....People tell me my bar tending/serving job doesnt burn calories but Im pretty sure its a better execercise with the running/lifting/ moving etc..... they say you cant count those calories, but I add mine then cut the calorie number in half for the "muscle memory.. example: 4 hour shift 500 calories. id only…

Thank you guys. Im crying while reading this. I manged a small pice of salmon, at the encouragement of co-workers. But, the problem is I vomited it up anyways. I cant got to gym today, to tired.
