My brother studies engineering at Auckland university and seems to enjoy it (he's not a city person though so hates having to live in the city), but I think it's pretty much the top Uni in NZ for studying engineering in. I have no idea about the international recognition, but Auckland is the bigger of the two universities…

I'm 5'9 and about 163lbs, and I wear a size 10 at the moment, hoping to drop down to a size 8.

Awesome! Good luck with your search for a horse, that's so exciting! I have a couple of horses, one is retired, and then my other horse I mainly just ride at the weekends at the moment. He's a 24 year old Standardbred and we just hack basically, I don't compete or anything. Feel free to add me as a friend :)

I'm 5'9, my start weight was about 185 lbs, currently I'm 165 lbs and I'm aiming to lose about another 10 lbs. I've never weighed anything less than 165 lbs though so I'm not really sure of what goal weight I should be aiming for, basically I'm just losing enough weight so that I'm happy with my body.

Fantastic stuff! It's always such a great feeling to ride your horse again after a break.

My current weight is 165lbs (I haven't actually weighed myself since the start of the month though), I haven't weighed less than 165lbs for quite a number of years so at the moment I don't really have a goal weight, I just want to lose enough weight and gain enough muscle for me to be happy with how my body looks. As for…

If it gets really bad I bend down under the bench so that my eyes aren't up above the onions, it does actually help!

I've just done the third day of level two and it is hard! I have to really push myself to make through the moves, but I always feel so much better once the workout is done! I haven't weighed or measured myself since I began the 30DS so I'm not sure how much I've lost, but I am really enjoying doing it.
-
I'm currently doing the 30 Day Shred routine, I started level two the other day, so I am doing level two in the mornings, and then level one in the afternoons. I try and go for a 5k run about three times a week as well.

I'm a New Zealander and I've only felt three earthquakes and they were all very minor! The only thing I really felt was that the floor sort of shifted under my feet, and I was working in a science lab up on the fifth floor of a building once and felt the building sway a little, but they never did any damage. The thing with…

I have a couple of horses, I'm in no way a serious rider though, I just ride around our farm and the roads. My horse has been out of action since about November last year when he injured a ligament in one of his front legs, but that's all healed up now and I'm planning on bringing him back into work after Winter (I live in…

I do most of my running at the beach, I always try my best to go at low tide so that there is plenty of flat, firm sand to run on. Running in the soft sand is no fun, but a pretty great workout! And I just wear my normal running shoes.

TV....I really enjoy tv, but it's not like I spend all day watching it. My other main hobbies are photography, and my horses.

I can't remember what my toughest day of C25K was, I have to say that the first 20 minute run was a bit of a mental challenge though! It seemed incredibly daunting, but it really was a confidence boost when I finished that run! I find the mental part of it was harder for than the physical side, I did have to repeat week…

I usually get up at around 8am (when I'm working I get up at 5am), and then I feed all the animals on the farm and have my breakfast between 9am and 10am. I'll have a snack at around 11ish, and then lunch between 12 and 1pm. Dinner is around 6 and then I usually have something to eat at night at around 7:30 - 8pm.

The photo from 2010 was when I was at around my heaviest which was 190lbs , and in the photo from May I was about 175lbs, currently I'm about 165lbs and I'm wanting to get to about 150lbs. And I'm 5'9.
