Did 2 lots off 50 yesterday, plus some aqua-aerobic ones lol, don't know if I should count those lol, I also did 40secs, off planks that I'm doing with another challenge.A bit sore today but not as much as yesterday so get the morning caffine in a then I'll get today's done

That's what I'm doing too, thought cos I was on holiday it should be easy, well it's not. I haven't exercised properly for 2 months, excuses all the way, so my own fault but I am getting there:))

I HAVE checked this out myself, a 500ml botlle will make just under a 1lb of difference on the scales so all the water you drank plus the tea and food would defo contributed to the extra 6lbs ,Congrats on the inches lost!!

l got a Polar FT40 for Xmas and l only burned 178 cals during level 4 of RI30, l was a bit disappointed at that as l am 5'2" and 85kg . l burned 214 doing level1 of Killer buns and thighs right after RI30 that day. l'm now on to level 2 of Killer buns and burning 260

No. You need to buy the dvd, or go to you-tube and type in Jillian Michels - 30 day shred, it will give you all 3 levels to watch/ do, they are there individually and one has all 3 together, just check the run times 28 mins for 1 level and 1:23 for all 3. Hope this helps and good luck
