    Sounds like everyone is doing outstanding, Keep pushing, your core is everything!!!!!!!!! Love the modifications by some to get it in. If you want to challenge yourself more, then start up/downs. This is starting from the low Plank position on your forearms then keeping your wrist and shoulder aligned pushing up with the right hand then the left coming into a high plank position then going down on the right forearm then the left back into low plank. Do this 10 times on the right, then 10 on the left (pushing up with the left first). This will not only work your core but your upper body as well!!!!!!!! Let me know if you try it!!!!!

    I Did a modified plank on my knees and managed 10 secs. Tomorrow I'll do 15. then 20 on Sunday, my version of the challenge will be to add 5 secs each day till I catch up with the group!

    Got mine in today and while I am surpassing my minimum of adding 5 per day, I haven't caught up yet.
    Day 3 26 (Sun) "I really tried to get to 30"
    Day 2 20 (Sat)
    Day 1 10 (Fri)

    I tried and failed.
    Can't hold more than 2-3seconds
    So I did 10 of them..
    Tell me ill get better if I try everyday?

    Please don't put down the efforts being made by lots of people on here. Different people have different strengths and I'm sure you have weaknesses that some of the folks here would have no problem with.

    Show some tolerance please - and some encouragement. If not, you don't have to play.

    I'm in, like some others I am late starting so will do day 1 an d2 today , day 3 and 4 tomorrow and catch up hopefully by Wednesday.
