Boost High Protein shakes. I work long, hectic shifts and sometimes I have to "eat" while still working. This is a life saver. I find it more affordable than other premade protein drinks, it keeps me going and staves off hunger for few hours. Watch out for the sugar though.

I have a similar problem. I just try to reduce added or excess processed sugar. (Watch out for meal replacement drinks!) If I go over on sugar with no sugar added fruit juice, or fresh fruit, I ignore it.

Best pizzas ever! I wouldn't live off of the frozen food products of any brand but they make a great (and filling!) lunch or dinner.
