Generic - Black Coffee International Delight Coffee House Inspirations - White Chocolate Mocha Creamer Singles Diet Mountain Dew - Diet Mt. Dew 355ml (12 Us Fl oz) Yep, this is totally true! Although, I'm surprised Jimmy Dean D-lights croissants aren't on here. I eat them every morning.

Outstanding! Great Job!

I'd explain to them that you'd like to spend that last day with your family and be done with it. If they are really your friends, they will understand.

I've been on Depo for 14 years...lost 80+ lbs in 2009. Gained it back, losing it again. Think it just depends on how the drugs effect you. Good luck!

I think the main point here is why did they add "walking the dog" for one speed but not anything else? Why can't all the walking entries be the same...just different intensities/speeds? Why make that one any different by adding "walking the dog"? I agree, make them all consistent. Although, I bet their plan was to give you…

Click ADD FOOD and there should be a tab called RECIPES or MY RECIPES to the right

I watch that show alot and I've never seen the kids call one of their siblings MOM unless they were joking. Just leave them alone. They aren't hurting anyone, they aren't living off any public assistance, their children are well behaved and well adjusted. Who are you to judge? Maybe the rest of us are wrong...who knows!…

Fruits are high in sugar...that's just life. I would say those sugars are better than "regular" sugars so you should be ok to go over a little on the days you consume more fruit!

I used to get up and go before work and I found that it actually did give me more energy during the day. Of course, I was ready for bed by 6pm each night so that might not work for everyone. I find that when I get home from work I make up all kinds of excuses not to work out. I don't know that there are any real…

In your food log search "breastfeeding". There are several options available based on your level of "intensity". Choose the one that is most appropriate and it will add calories to your daily goal.
-
Yep, it's possible but you won't be able to eat as much food if it's higher in calories which may leave you feeling hungry more often and make it harder to stick to the weight loss plan!
-
Yes, lots of recipes call for it to be mixed with regular bread crumbs. Definitely google it for more details

Have to agree with this one. Not to mention that weight can fluctuate from hour to hour, day to day, etc. It's not really suggested that you weigh yourself multiple times a week...just for this very reason. You didn't gain the extra weight overnight, you can't expect to repair 3 days of heavy eating with a 1 day fast. Just…

Whoever is spreading the comments above is extremely confused. Exactly...I'm astonished that people still cannot grasp this concept! Guess I'm not the only one that didn't pay attention in school, eh?

Sorry, too much info to read without losing my mind. I did get to "temporary suspension" which apparently isn't temporary at all according to the answer to the question about lifting it. I don't know that I like the idea of people voting other people off MFP. There are options to report abusive users on each post and then…

But it's wiped out data from alot of users so don't download it yet if you can avoid it! Mike is working on it!

The basic goal is to make sure that your net calories for the day don't fall below 1200 for women. Net = Calories eaten - Calories burned If you eat 1200 but burn 500 you've only actually taken in 700 calories for the day and your body may need more fuel than that to keep running well. Play around with how many of them you…

My brother just did the Warrior Dash in Crawfordsville, IN on the 13th (his birthday) and loved it. He's planning to sign up for the Spartan Race too I think next year. In regard to these pics, perhaps there were just more women participants since we all know men don't like to get dirty! I love the pics where…

Quick, go to the bathroom real quick, that should do the trick!

That is what I was thinking...or it could be a blood sugar issue?!

There really isn't any exercise that can promise to get rid of sagging skin. It has more to do with the elasticity of your skin and how quickly it can rebound from being streched out. I think genetics has a lot to do with it as well.

Invest in a heart rate monitor if you want to get an accurate burn

Yeah, I think it's basically to get people to eat more fruits and veggies. If you feel like you don't have to "waste" points on fruit, you might be prone to eat more...at least I think that is what their thought process was. Who knows if it will work or not...time will tell!

Without being able to see your diary I can't say for sure. Here are some questions. - How long have you been on your plateau? - Are you drinking enough water? - Are you eating back exercise calories? There are many variables that could cause you to stop losing weight. If it's only been a couple weeks, it may just be a…

You don't really say what activity level this new job will be. I would just change your activity level, if appropriate, to match the description that most closely matches your new job. Then continue to log any actual exercise that you do on the side.

Breast tissue is made of up fatty tissue so as you lose weight/fat your breast size will decrease. Some women lose them first, some women don't lose them much at all. Just depends on how your body lets go of the fat cells.

Hey all, make sure you check the HELP link at the top of each page when you have questions about the program and logging. Here is your answer from there:

There is no way for anyone to answer this question for you. You have to do what works for you and remember that losing more than 2 pounds a week on average is usually considered unhealthy. I would suggest trying this idea for a few weeks and see what happens. 1 week won't be enough so I would suggest at least 3-4 weeks to…

18 pounds in 2 months is fantastic...keep doing whatever you're doing! It's working! The general idea is to make sure your net isn't less than 1200 calories each day...the way MFP is created you would want your net to match your daily calorie goal...just not less than 1200. This is just to make sure that you are taking in…

She said she only does it on friday so that isn't going to be something you can count in your base activity level. I'd go ahead and log it as exercise since it's not a daily activity.
