I find it is easier to keep the chocolate in the fridge 1 It is harder so sucking it takes longer, there for you eat less cos your head gets over the NEED for chocolate. 2 If it not in the house i crave it more. 3 feed the crave while it's small cos if you ignore it, it gets bigger ! i have just joined the app on the phone really helps, cos i forget i have eaten things !! but now as i eat i put it on the phone. i have been to zumba but didn't lose any weight but started swimming and it's working. and i don't have to weight to carry, maybe you could try that. good luck xxx

ya i agree< i only joined the site today i have been just counting my calories for a week on my normal meals,snacks etc. i average about 2500 to 3000 every day, i found it has helped me see WHAT i can cut out easier than others. i am going to keep myself to 2000 a day for a week and then cut down to 1600 as advised other…
