I'm 5'5 and around 270 so my stomach is the thing i'm most concerned with..will I ever be able to have a flat stomach? I know to tone while losing but will my stomach ever be something to be proud of? Just need some hope I guess. If you have any pics of a before and after that would be greatly appreciated!

Yes it can happen! All you need is a little patience, consistency, and determination. Fall in love with the process and the results will follow!

I think as long as you try to keep toning you will be fine. It will probably take a lot of work, especially towards the end (fat tends to stay around that area, it's very annoying) but if you treat it like a problem area and work it out a lot (personally I try to spend 5 minutes or so doing stomach toning exercise daily) you might be lucky :)

Stomachs suck! I hate mine. There was once a time when I had a flat belly, where the hell did I go wrong? But yes, you will lose your belly, you need to be patient. I love looking at the success stories, it definitely encourages me.

I have been trying to get a stomach that I don't hate for about 10 years. I have tried restricting calories, sometimes to the point where it has affected my health (thankfully that was a very long time ago), I have run marathons, lifted weights, tried every exercise program under the sun. What has finally done it is eating more, but of the right foods. For the past three months I have been logging everything I put in my mouth and trying to "eat clean" with the odd cheat day where I have anything I want. For the first time I am seeing the definition I always felt I SHOULD see with the amount of exercise I do. It really is true that "abs are made in the kitchen", I wish I had listened to this and cleaned up my diet in my twenties rather than spend it all covering up my tummy and hating my shape. You can do it :) good luck :flowerforyou:
