I WILL lose 20 pounds by Labor Day! I will walk my five miles everyday and reduce my time each day. I would like to work my way back to running, but I have a lot of weight to get off so I don't stress my joints.

This will be great! I can do all of the challenges except running, but I will speed walk. I have been walking most days. I want to get back to running so maybe I can be running by labor day! Thanks for organizing the challenges!

Fat passes out of the body by peeing or sweating! If you don't drink enough water, you can't pass the fat :)
