when Ive tried it in the past Ive loved it. You'll definitely detox and lose a pound and the next day your cravings are minimized.

The same thing happened to me when i first atrted and i was eating mostly raw fruit and veg, and drinking a gallon of water a day....it was weird! but psyllium husk has really helped me.

Braeburns dont have any sugar or carbs for some reason on the MFP Database. I am suspicious, but I eat them anyway just in case they are right. ;)

When I was about 5, My sister and I were listening to the Beatles song "8 days a week" and I asked her, but arent there 7 days in the week, and she informed me that in the UK there were 8 days in the week. I believed that to be true until I was like, 13. LOL

thanks for taking a look at my Diary Billy. I do need to cut down the salt fo' shizzle. Ive been burning 1000=1500 calories at the gym each day, so I figured I could eat a little more.... i do keep it under 2000

Good for you on the bootcamp, Lippy! Thats Awesome! I feel great too, and I dont want to stop, but I just want to know that there is a point when we'll start losing weight again... my sense is that it will be about a month of consistent working out...

oh and i like you....had one much closer that was all old and musty...not very inspiring.... and when i switched i was waaayyyy more excited about going to the gym, and ended up going much more often even though its further because the euiptment is so much better, more to do, swimming and jacuzzi, and the classes are fun…

I miss living in a city where I could just walk or ride my bike to the gym....now that I live in the sticks its about 20 - 25 minute drive to the gym, but totally worth it to me. its keeping me sane.

Im aiming to lose about the same ammount but my goal is for a year from now....(1-2 lbs per week) that way if it goes faster yay! and if not slow and steady is still a good way to go.

I love white wine! ...and red wine, and porter and beer, and whisky and rum, and gin.....:embarassed: Its been a real eye opener logging calories, i was probably drinking thousands of calories in drinks alone each week before MFP

My routine for the gym goes like this: 40 eliptical 20 bike 20 walk 60 fitness class (either cardio or weight training) 20 swimming jacuzzi steam blissssssssss in that order, 6 days a week feels AMAZING
