Im work in the produce department of a health food store, and I am constantly on the move, unloading tucks, stacking heavy boxes, sweeping, and mopping, walking back and forth etc....Im sure I burn a fair amount of calories during each 8 hour shift, but I dont know if i should count that...or if I do, what would I log it…
