This happened to me too...Its really frustrating! Im finding, it eventually evens out and that you lose inches, and feel better, so try not to focus too much on the scale in the begining.

I do something similar to this^ just melt together what ever I have laying around. with your ingredients almond butter, cocoa, coconut butter, chopped almonds, I love the texture of shredded coconut on there too if ya wanna pick some up and then a little bit of stevia to taste. and BOOM scoop spoonfuls on a baking sheet…

Thank you Steve. I think you nailed it there...im not fully committed to keto, I waver back and forth (i.e. cheating on weekends) and I think Im still struggling with carb addicted style binge eating issues. finding my way though slowly but surely though. Thank you all for your input <3

If you slip out of Ketosis you gain 5-10 pounds in water weight...(Thats same water weight you initially lost in the begining) Sometimes our bodies take a break from weight loss to work on other things that need working on. just be patient, keto on, and try not to stress about the number on the scale, rejoice in the way…

Depends how much you have to lose too. If you're obese, it shouldnt be too hard, but If youre closer to your goal weight it might be a little more difficiult.

I noticed I lose more when I up my calories a bit.
