I am also new to Keto, but i had a big burst of energy in my first week, and was wanting to work out a lot. I would say listen to your body, and lay low if youre not feeling any energy, and hopefully next week you'll be feeling better :)

I had what I thought was carpel tunnel or tendinitis. I work with leather and use my hands alot and it was getting more and more painful, hands would go numb every night-but I couldn't afford to go to a doctor...recently (like one week ago) i read that diet can cause inflamation, so I tried cutting all grains and sugar out…

Thank you all so much for your replies. I did mean reduce and not eliminate carbs. I still want to get carbs from veggies, just not grains.

I'm in a very similar boat! Been stuck at 191- 193 for ever it seems. Excercising 2 hours a day f5 days a week... Very discouraging, but do you feel better? Can you feel your body changing? I'm trying to ignore the scale for now, and just focus on how good I'm feeling because I'm afraid I'll give up if I keep seeing no…

Courageous post! I go through the same thing. I sabotaged my progress countless times and honestly I think it has to do with fear of sucsess. The weight was an excuse to not do so many things in the past. Not leave the house, not dare to dream, not strive for goals, not be worthy of nice things or clothes. Changing our…

I say if it feels good, do it! After the first hour of working out I feel warm... The second hour is where I feel the amazing Burn, and fluidity it's like a high! I personally can't get to that place in one hour, so I just go with it! Good luck

I have social anxiety. I know that if I didn't excercise I would need to be on meds. It absolutely helps anxiety and depression xo

It's weird! The stationary bike at my gym says I'm not burning that many calories ( when compared to the eliptical) but I always sweat way more on the bike than I do the eliptical... *shrug* I do it because i enjoy it, and its easy on the knees :)

too, working at a job is only a certain type of movement... standing, lifting, walking...the gym allows us to work different muscle groups...things we wouldnt normally use on the job to shape out bodies into the adonis's we are.
