How to make your food journal available to your friends?

Newbie question: In my profile, my food journal is inaccessible to my friends who I would like to be able to see it, and keep accountable with. is there a way to make it visible to them?

    Under "my home" click "settings tab" towards bottom of page is "diary sharing", change to "friends only".
