I am having this same problem myself. I have told myself that I am going to stick to having a drink/cocktail and only 1 or 2 max on only special occasions. I quit smoking (Social Smoker and my new year's resolution) so if I am drinking less I won't need that cigarette after all. Keeping my diet weekends included and eating…

Growing up I had a half sister on my mom's side and although then I would of preferred being alone, I regret now not being closer to my sister and I am currently working on building a better relationship with her so now that I am older I think having a sister and/or brother is something great!!! Hope that helps!

I am also getting married this year on October 27th, 2012, I have been on MFP for about a year and a half so far and have lost about 20 lbs. LOL that is fricken hilarious! My BF was escorted out on Saturday as he was trying to explain he wasn't drunk!!!! Classic! I had to put him to bed while I kept the party going! I guess you just live and you learn! Good excuse you came up with though!!!!

Hello: I was just thinking about this for myself and I find that it's best to just cut it out all together if you truly want to see results or limit your intake to very special occasions, etc. I am going to try and do this for myself as well. Good luck to you!

@kerri thanks for that information I am looking it up as we speak i have always envisioned what i would look like in those mermaid dresses and i tend to have a bigger bottom if you know what i mean so having be open to all types of dresses might help me in the end! I will check it out!!!
