Looking for Support and Friends

Hi All,

I'm a 28 year old... I'm not at my heaviest, I've lost about 50 pounds but I find myself at the HARDEST place... I have another 20-30 pounds I would like to lose and lack the motivation to stick to a long term diet and exercise plan. I have a 3 year old daughter which makes it hard to get workouts in and eat right. I would love some supportive friends to pick me up when I'm down, cheer me on at my best, and give me guidance from what they have learned. Please add me if you can help with any of these and in return I will be a very supportive friend!

Sent a request :) I'm supportive and on every day. Im a convert to the whole get healthy not thin kinda thing. I've tried the crash diet and i just end up miserable. I'd like to learn a better relationship with food and im having some results finaly. Had some adjustment here to get the numbers right but seems like its starting to work. I like other mommy friends since they know how hard it is to get a momment to yourself to exercise.

Feel free to add me as a MFP buddy. I love supporting my pals and providing as motivation as I can. It's doubles the fun when it's returned. 50 lbs already is great, so it shows you have the technique developed. The trick or hard part is making this your lifestyle so that it comes naturally. Good luck on your journey.
