Also, giving up some of the things you love/like is what makes diets, or in mfps case, lifestyles fail. Maybe cut back to half a glass if you stuck to the one glass rule. Its all about learning here. ONE glass of wine is beneficial, if you went over that, its probably causing the bloating. If you are having one glass, try to follow up with a glass of water before bed. Usually alcohol makes you pee.

Well, some of us have been here longer than others, but thats okay! I want to see whos been here since when and how much they have lost! I personally have lost 28 pounds since january. Not to mention countless inches. I feel great and my gf loves it too:smooched:
