Hey guys

Im a 20 year old male, im 6ft and i weigh between 10.7 stone to 11 stone, it differs throughout different periods. I know my weight is absolutely healthy for my height and I'm happy with my BMI. I'm a student with a part time job as a waiter, i walk a fair amount and I consider myself to eat healthily with some treats. The problem is I have got a bit of a belly and it seems to be growing, I know its down to me drinking beer when im out but I don't drink beer every single night and on some nights now im trying to swap the beer for drinks such as JD and diet **** , vodka and diet coke.

What I'm really asking for is some advice on how to get rid of this bloody belly lol it just wont shift I seem to loose weight everywhere else but there and its annoying me now. I joined the gym about a month ago and though paying the £150 year membership would motivate me to go... not at all I just find it extremely boring their.

Any diet/exercise/general advice would be much appreciated

Thanks

    you cant spot train
the best way to lose weight is to do active cardio,
the more you sweat, the more you lose,
it may seem like you werent losing on your belly, but thats because you were losing everywhere at once and you just have more to lose there.
If its really a concern, try to do a lot of sit ups/crunches and any weights that work your midsection.
If you go back to a gym, ask for a few pointers from some trainers.
They all have ripped bodies most likely, ask what they do.

I love beer too though, its very hard to avoid on weekends.
To "counter" that, I live my gym going active lifestyle during the week,
on weekends take it easy, maybe go for walks.hikes.
Try to MAKE the gym enjoyable or run outside.
Make friends at your gym, its a motivation
or better yet, go to the gym with friends you already have.
The other way is to stay on here and track calories and you will notice pounds shedding off.
