  • dermablend is good, but if you're on a budget use concealer and powder. you're gonna dab with the concealer brush, then put powder over it with a brush. repeat for at least 3 layers

  • I've never really counted carbs, but for me i eat all my carbs in the morning that way you have the rest of the day to burn off the calories
  • my favorite is baked chicken parmasean. I use chicken breast, dip them in italian style bread crumbs and put then in the oven for about 25-30 min. when they are almost done, i add my homemade marinara sauce, mozzerella and let it brown. it's delicious and healthy!
