  • No idea about the bacon but...I cook my green beans in fat free low sodium chicken broth.That gives them a yummy flavor and a lot less fat and calories. Though green beans cooked with bacon is super yummy!!!

  • Today I had a super yummy and it felt very indulgent breakfast. 2 pieces of Sara Lee Mulit-grain 45 calorie bread-toasted. When it came out of the toaster I spread 2 tbsp of reduced sugar whipped Jif peanut butter.Then I sprinkled about a Tbsp of choc cips on top of that. Yummy and filling. It was all 340 calories.

  • I get the the Triple Chocolate Chunk Vitatop and nuke it to warm it up.Then I add some fat free whipped cream.Delish and only 105 calories!! Even my 11 yr old eats them up. I want to find and try the peanut butter and chocolate ones.
