Because I think a toned body is more attractive and that is what I want to see when I look in the mirror at myself. I have the same issues - I can get a walk in over lunch but a workout has to wait till evening/night. The main issue is getting a good night sleep - getting your heart rate up and then crashing doesn't work for some. Do what works for you.

I love a smooth body with a tuft of hair around the navel trending south and a well groomed play space. Men that look like they are wearing sweaters with no clothes on is a turn off for me personally - get the hair off the back at least.

My personal goal size - one where the love handles are gone.... I had gotten down to an 8/10 and was so thrilled with my body, but a few years later I am back up - working to bring that down and tone my body at the same time. Once the handles are gone I'll be happy - whatever size that is.
