Sounds good to me. Remember that half the battle is identifying your mistakes. If the numbers are off by a small amount i doubt you will notice, nor will it impact your progress greatly.

many restaurants are already added from other users. You could look for what you think would be comparibles and use those on your menu. The idea is to be as accurate as possible but losing sleep or not recording because of a lack of info isn't going to help in the long run. You can sometime get nutritional info off…

first you need to get your thyroid in check...medication. In the mean time you need to continue your diet and exercise. Once your medication is balanced you should see results faster than without the medication. I have have hashimotos for over 17 years...take synthroid everyday...the diet and exercise do work. Keep it up!

MFP is calculating what your calories should be if you were not exercising. If you do exercise, you will burn more calories which your body may respond to as be starved. What will happen is you may start to gain weight. My suggestion is to eat most of the calories you burn through exercise.

it varies depending on my planned day...I like a 1 egg wrap with a slice of cheese and a tbs of salsa for the big days - a yogurt and toast for the weekends. I really just try to keep it around 300 calories.
