45 minutes, what should I do?
Ok so here's the deal. I teach at a local high school and will have access to a gym at the end of the day, 5 days a week. I only have about 45 minutes. I will be doing cardio at home. I do not want to bulk up, just strength training. Anyone want to give some advice on what exercises I should look to do?

faith in MFP
Ok I am going on one month and for the last 3 weeks I have been trying my best to stay the course. I have seen results every week. At what point did you long time (5months +) users of MFP just stop worrying and just have faith that the plan works?

I am a ice cream addict and I have given it up until I reach a goal. Then I am allowed only a one double cone, but it has to still fit my plan. I was gonna give up stress and beer but, I need something!!!! What did you give up?

to weigh or not to weigh
I have so far weighed myself once a week, same scale, time ,etc... Having a tough two days....feel like I'm eating too much. Was planning to do a Wii challenge later...do I use the scale?

Is it better to: A. Spend a solid 60 minutes doing various exercises B. Spend 2-30 minute periods one in morning and one at night C. Exercise 3 times a day for 20 minutes each Is there a benefit to exercising before meals or after? which is better?
