no bodybugg and bodymediafit are legit. i have found bodymediafit to be a little better and they have way better customer service. but bodybugg is still good and effective.0

I used the bodybugg for several months. I got a lot of good information out of it, but it was a subscription rip off. I quit using it and will just go get a HRM. It seems to me that I can get the same information from it as I can the bodybugg ... without the subscription.0

The issue with only using a HRM is that they are designed specifically to track calories and such during periods of workouts. if its something your going to wear all day bodybugg and bodymediafit will be more accurate. I hate the debate myself from not wanting to pay a sub. but after much research and testing between the bodybugg and 3 hrm i decided that it was worth it. its up to you. some people could experience different results. just my 2cents.0

Bodybugg doesn't sync with MFT but BMF does. Agree that HRM is only for cardio exercise. There is also the new Badis which is like BMF/Bodybugg but worn on wrist.0
