Another point is the how the pizza is prepared. You must ensure that the dough is ready. Toppings can be routine but a change of toppings can bring a new experience to the pleasure of pizza.

Ovens must be preheated but I find that ovens that are left at temp for over an hour provide the greatest results. One must also be mindful to fine tune the heat throughout the kitchen, as cold spots can spread, with negative results (the dough no rise)!

Smores can be a sticky mess! The marshmellows just seem to melt in your mouth when they are the right temp.

I like making pizza in the woods. The fire adds a great flavor and the cool clean air of the mountains helps mute the sounds of satisfaction when eating. Of course whats eating pizza in the woods without smores...getting it all over your fingers!

I was a Chobani fan until I tried Fage at a friends recommendation...awesome! Fage is like eating cheese cake with fruit! Try it, you will not be sorry!

depends on the time spent running and walking but it would sound close. I did a 33minute 3mile run for about 495 calories. if you figure 45 minutes of walking thats another 300. so yea around 800

OK all seriousness...you need to stop making excuses and find options other than the negative behavior. No one thing will work all the time, but YOU must develop a list of things you can and must do to keep from over snacking.
