                I did these plus more yesterday.

                Day 1 for me was 7/15/13 - 4064 steps (didn't start tracking until late afternoon) 7/16/13-4747 steps--getting off to a slow start, hopefully will get on my feet more. 7/17/13-13,105 steps. I finally got on my treadmill. 7/18/13-2823 steps. I ended up doing @ 2.5 miles yesterday, but didn't track.

                I completed these yesterday...forward and backwards. I lost count somewhere along the way, so I may have done 10-20 more.

                I'm just getting back to MFP after slacking for way to long. I will get these done.

                September just wasn't my month to get back on track, but I'm back in!!

                At this point, I'm going to shoot for ANY number of miles I can get done, especially since I wasn't very successful during the August challenge. Time to get back on track!

                I totally screwed things up this month. I started off good, but then my birthday came around, kids started school, along with their sports, so I've been really busy. I want to get back on track! Hopefully, September brings good things.

                I don't remember my first concert, but the last concert I went to was just on Sunday 8/5/12. I saw Motley Crue and KISS.

                My goal for July was 9 miles/week and I exceeded the 31 mile goal that was set for a total of 46.799 miles. My August goal will be 12 miles/week.
