I'm in!! Thanks for this week of challenges. I've done all challenges so far except Monday's due to not feeling well. I could handle another week of challenges as they make me accountable for mixing up my workouts. Results to be posted later.

I was only able to do 2 miles today, but I already met my goal for this week. Everyone else, keep it going. You can do it!!!

I didn't get to do any at the bowling alley as they didn't have any lanes available. I did get to complete this challenge at home though, using 10 lb weights.

Makes sense to me, that's what I would do. If nutritional info isn't avaiable, that's the best one can do. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your story and congrats on your transformation. I too thought I would NEVER count calories, but since I started 3 weeks ago it has made a difference.

Made this last night (thx for the idea) and it was awesome. I had some fresh corn on the cob that I made for the kids so I removed the kernals and added to the pasta.

Welcome Rebecca. I am 5'3" and my heaviest (that I can remember) was about 232. I hated stepping on a scale so I'm not sure if I was ever heavier than that. I just want to let you know that you can do this. I recently got out of the 200s, as of Monday, I am now 196. Sending FR. Don't give up, it can be done!!
