I too have tried many "diets" and haven't stuck with them. I've been on here for 1 week now and I thought I would NEVER count calories, but it seems to be helping. Good luck. Feel free to add me.

I've kind of been "slacking" off also. I've been cutting back on my eating, but just haven't found time or should I say, MADE time to exercise. Just remember........you've come this far, there's no turning back now. Time to get back on track.........Let's do this!!!

I totally agree w/you leah379. You have to break it all down and for the price of a fast food meal, you can buy ingredients to make a few meals. I haven't been to McDonalds in a long time, but they have gotten very pricey. The last time I went there, my total was over $15 just on a meal for 2 people.

Don't have a success story yet, but I'm just getting back on track. I am a mom of 14yr old b/g twins. I'm new to this site as of a few days ago. I don't have any pics loaded yet, but I hope to have some........especially after pics in the future. I wish you all luck and congrats on your twins.

This is just the motivation I need to get back on track. I was using my treadmill about 3-4 times a week, but have recently slacked off. I think a goal of 31 miles in July will be a piece of cake.....oh, wait, I WANT CAKE...j/k LOL I will hopefully exceed the 31 mile goal. I hope to do 3 miles/day at least 3 days/week.…
