I'm still here. My weight has stayed the same since the challenge but I'm in a plateau right now unfortunately. I'm re-energized to do better though. Ate way less carbs today and more protein. Stepped up my exercise too. I'm here for motivation and support if y'all need some :) Mike hasn't been heard from either?? Strange.

I do a variety of workouts--running/walking, elliptical, stationary bike, weight machines, stretchbands, exercise DVDs (Taebo, step aerobics, Biggest Loser). I exercise anywhere from 4-6 days per week, 45 min-1 hour or more.

Hello :) I eat healthy 6/7 days per week. One day is usually a cheat day or just a cheat meal. I am following calories/day set by MFP. Mine is 1,550 calories per day. Just start off slow if you haven't exercised in a while. Maybe you could try the treadmill to start, and then transition to other more challenging machines like the ellipitcals, stationary bikes, stair steppers, etc. I guess I'm kinda giving you what I did when I started going to my gym 2 years ago. I don't deprive myself at all!!! I have lost a total of 25 lbs (9 lbs since being on MFP) and still haven't missed a meal. I eat very healthy 5-6 days per week and then I usually have an off day.
