New Here :)

Hello Everyone!
Im a 23 yr old SAHM of 2. Weight has always been a huge part of my life. My mom was a fitness fanatic and would harp on my weight constantly. I had my son in 2006 & went from 120 pounds to 204. I met my husband in 2009, & had only lost about 20 pounds of my "baby weight". My husband deployed in January of 2010 and I managed to get down to 130 pounds by April of 2011. I found out I was pregnant in August of 2011, & blew up AGAIN to 220 pounds.

Now my daughter is almost 6 months old and im at 206.

Im trying to stay motivated and healthy while working to my goal weight of 130. Hubby and I have a family vacation planned next year and I want to not only look good but I want to FEEL good about myself.

Im glad to have found this app and such a supportive place to come to for help and guidance.

    Hi!! I'm from Louisiana also...from New Iberia specifically. You can add me if you want and we can support each other. Our current weight and goal weight is very similar. So, if you need support and encouragement, I'm here. I am an RN and do health coaching as my full-time job so I can give you some tips along the way :) I have learned so much at this job to help me to lose weight and be healthier. TTYL.
