I use The Firm and the "Fanny Lifter" LOL Man the workout kicks my butt, but I must say I have lost inches in my arms and legs, even my belly. I do the workouts every other day and the opposite days I do the elliptical. If you want to add me as a fellower firmer, then please do!

Ha, before I messed up my foot I was super active. I would snowboard 2-3x a week plus workout 4x a week. So, for me its like baby steps all over again until I can build up my stamina again, sadly.

This was my issue. I had a pinched nerve in my foot from blunt trauma to it. I could barely walk. Needless to say I have just barely getting better with a dang boot and all! Thats how I put on weight since I did not watch how much I was eating and not being active, thus leading me to this point where I am now!

Hi everyone!! Im new to the group, but I am from beautiful Colorado! I love snowboarding. Its a great activity to get in shap and burn those calories! Needless to say i have not been since the 09/10 season since I had my youngest in the middle of last season. I am excited to get going this year!

I agree! I lost weight using this website before. I then got pregnant with my second child and now need to looseweight again! You can add me if you like. I find the more friends you have on here the better. Sadly, I didnt use the website much, so I dont have any friends any longer.

Your weight will genreally vary 1 or 2 lbs. Also, if you are not exercising that is going to a part of your issue. Your body might use to taking in the same amount of calories. yes, fat does contribute to it, but if you do not even do cardio you will stay within where you started. Thank you, thank you.... I am so excited. the last time I was in the 170 without havin to workout was before I had my daughter! After I had her I went down to 168, but I still "felt" fat. I think it was becuase of all the extra skin from the pregnancy.
