  • I didn't have time to read through all the posts on here and I'm sure this has been asked already, so sorry. But I was planning on using youtube to do this workout, and I was wondering how often you are supposed to do it every week?
  • I'm getting so many different answers so I'm even more confused than I was before. So should I just look at what the calorie counter is saying and eat the number of calories it is telling me to eat even though it's telling me to eat more since I did work out today?
