Hi Philip, this is Deepa. I have just started to love running! I ran a 5K in 35 min. I m training for a 10 K right now and hoping to run a HM by the end of next year! Would love to have some support during this journey!

Hi guys, this is my first post after the weigh in on Monday!! Was on vacation the whole week and went over my calorie value most of the days but did compensate a little bit with all the hiking, biking and swimming! Will be. Weighing in tomorrow!
