I started at 1750 and kept dropping a little at a time. Currently on 1410. Intend to bump to 1500 shortly.

SW: 156.4 CW: 140.4 GW: 135 1st March 139.2lb Weigh in Dates: 3/02: 139.4lb 3/09: 137.4lb 3/16: 137.4lb 3/23: 137.6lb 3/29: 135.8lb 31st March 136.4lb Weight lost in March 2.8lb not what I was aiming for but at least it is a loss

Sorry the dog keeps on leaning on the laptop All advice is appreciated - dont really know much about getting pregnant in terms of ovulation etc - always been trying to avoid pregnancy before. Really do need to start eating a bit healthier so far i have just been making sure (trying to) be under calories - i think a good plan of maintenence full of healthy foods is the way to go + i might just have to go and get some folic acid tomorrow too

Personally I dont think i could do 1200 kcal a day for the long term. When I came on here MFP (1st Jan 149.4lb 5'4'') suggested around 1450. I knew I was grossly overeating before so I started at maintainence kcals 1730 and decided to see where that led me. I lost weight so i stayed there and eased myself in. When the loss…
