I measure my waist across my belly button - currently 5'4'' 137lb and 29'' waist (didn't measure when I started but it is definitely smaller now) - would like to be 26-27'' :)

This Also people (family/friends) telling me I am too skinny/anorexic etc (I have only lost 12lb this year and am no where near skinny at 5'4'' and 137lb and no where near goal) I would understand if I was but I am not - I wish people could be supportive not negative

I started at a 34E/F but was a bit tight (on the last clasp) probably should have been a 36. Still wearing a 34E (on the first clasp now) but i think i need to get my DD's out now as its a bit big.

5'4'' Heaviest weight 156.4lb in size 14 but they were a bit tight near the end. Started 1/1/14 again at 149.4 size 14. 136lb atm and wearing a size 12 now (aim is size 10)

atm I am going to the mini kinder bars they come in 2 sizes at 70 kcal and 118 kcal each - yummy!

I log from midnight to midnight too. I rotate on 3 shifts and my meals go awry on nights as my first meal after 12pm is my sandwiches it looks like that is hat I have for breakfast that day. I just log in the order I eat my meals.

I eat 3 meals a day and snack in between too. Generally meals 250-450 kcals each and snacks 50 - 100 kcals. As long as I am under 1500 I am happy although I do have days where I go over :)

I am the same I have a bit of a food phobia and don't eat vegetables at all (or beans/cheese/pasta). To be fair its easier to list the foods I can eat. So far I have managed to lose as long as I am in a defecit - probably not the healthiest eater but the weight is coming off.
