I am 5'4'' started 1st Jan at 149 down to 140 now but want to lose another 10 - 15lbs. Seems to get harder the lower you get on the scale. In for the advice myself... also Good Luck

my weight usually goes up a little at TOTM but if I have been good and not gorged on chocolate during this time it usually goes back down the week after :)

Yeah I definitely think you need to give yourself a break whether it be a day a week or a month you just need that for yourself. Great Ideas. I have been making it with milk and sweetener. Was getting bored the other day so added some raisins but I didn't like the texture. Some great ideas on here though I will have to try !

I am pretty strict and weigh everything however I don't usually log my granulated sweetener and I once missed out a mint and some diet pepsi. it is a bit controlling and I hate eating out as I cant weigh the food!

I do both normally log breakfast just after eating - as I have just done. Then log my 'packed lunch/work lunch' with the breakfast log. (If this changes I + or - when I get home.
