  • Change you workout, your body is use to your work out and so it's time to change it up. Also look at your diet and see where you can change it up or eat more smaller meals in order to get the metabolism up. Just a few suggestions and good luck to both of you.:glasses:
  • If you still have the old PC you can just copy your Favorites folder onto a thumb drive and then onto the new PC.
