I never drink anything when I'm eating. Its better for your digestive system to only eat solid food - when you're done eating, then you drink whatever you want. NutriBullet is the best in my opinion. Hubby and I have been making smoothies for almost 3 years now. We're on our second bullet and wouldn't be without one. JMHO

I don't drink anything when I eat. I think I read somewhere that its best to not drink when eating as it interferes with digestion. After my meal, I drink water as usual.

I personally prefer to not sync my Fitbit with MFP. I use a small calendar and every night for the past 2 years, I write down my daily steps. I vote for the smoothies, I have one almost every morning with both spinach and kale added to different fruit and protein powder. Also, I put a paper towel inside the plastic container and it helps to absorb the moisture. Seems to last a bit longer.

I make my own salad dressing with fat free Greek yogurt, Ranch dressing mix (not much because its high in sodium), and a little hot sauce and I take it whenever go to a restaurant and know I'm going to be ordering a salad for dinner. I've never had anyone question me about it. Saves a ton of calories. Shirley

I've been using one for two years now and absolutely love it. I start every morning with blueberries, spinach, kale, protein powder, cinnamon, 1/2 banana, and strawberries - fill 1/2 way with water and that's it. Great way to begin the day!!! You'll love it.

I have a weighted hoop also and love it although I've just recently picked it up again after it gathering dust for a few years. lol I should probably take out a section or two because it is quite large. I have no advice and have lost only 40 lbs thus far, but I'm much older (63), and of course I'm experiencing the same thing. Posted to see others replies, hoping for tips also. I try to tell myself its better and healthier than the extra weight, but I just don't feel attractive. I feel your pain!!!!
