first of all, congrats! i have a bit more time, but also a bit more to lose. i want to lose 25-30 lbs by next september, but im dress shopping in December and i would like to be about 1/2 way there! Lets do this. Diary is open, and if you find any arm toning workouts, feel free to share!

That is a great idea and for people who are very strict during the week "deserve" a cheat meal. Not an all day binge, but a treat. Keeps us sane and happy. If you are having little cheats during the week in addition, it wont kill you, but that is where you might be sabotaging the opportunity to see real results. 1 day a…
