  • so glad it worked!
  • yes! go to my home, goals, then "change goals". when it asks, tell it you want to do it "custom"...then you can enter the percentages you want. hope that helps! (i try to keep mine at 40 carb/30 fat/30 protein)
  • weight on tuesday: 154.6 pounds lost: 1.4 cardio: 5/7 at/under calories: 3/7 water: 1/7 (clearly i need to drink more water!!!!) congrats to everyone who lost weight...even just a pound or two. every little bit gets you closer to your goal!!!
  • Also, this might be too simple, but could it be what clothes/shoes you're wearing at the time? I like to weigh myself at home so I can minimize the clothes factor. Also, a lot of it could be water weight. If you drank 2 glasses of water right before you weighed yourself, it'll make you heavier. One last thought--I've read…
  • eggs are your best friend if looking for protein. they're packed. i had to get in my calories yesterday and ate an egg scrambled with some cheese and it was delicious. imo, if you're a little over on fat, it's ok. your body needs it, and works harder to digest it than carbs. plus, it's nearly impossible to get protein…
  • this week's weight: 156. pounds lost: 2.6 water: 3/7 cardio: 4/7
  • you all are amazing! i'm so encouraged. i didn't have a great week this week--but i'm definitely motivated to work harder this week. i also got a membership to a gym that i used for the first time yesterday and i'm excited to get to work out (it's hard to get in a good workout outside in the snow). SW 158.6 CW 158.6 ps-i'm…
  • did my last chance workout! so excited to weigh in tomorrow!
  • I agree--as long as it isn't too overwhelming for you to track everyone's info, let other people join in. new people will probably add momentum/motivation.
  • forgot to post my weight yesterday! oops! SW 158.6 thanks!
  • i ALSO can do everything without modifying...and no breaks! i do the girly pushups and i missed 5 of the shoulder raises in the 3rd circuit...but otherwise i did it all! even all of the jumprope! so excited to see improvement. haven't done level 2 yet...i think i'll try it sometime this week though. so glad to have…
  • I did it last night (in 2 parts---had to stop when our realtor came over...we're in the process of selling our house), and it went well. I'm sure the break in the middle helped, but i could do everything! the only cheating i did was in the shoulder raises in circuit 3...the second set i had to get rid of my weights halfway…
  • i'm back now too...i was at a wedding in kentucky and we were in a cabin so i couldn't do it all weekend. :( i missed it. i'm scared when i do it tonight it's going to be like day 1 all over again! hopefully i didn't lose all my endurance during my break! excited to get back in on it again!
  • congrats! you'll beat the stupid jumprope by day 10, i just know it! i try to jump side to side when i get really tired, seems to help instead of jumping on both feet. maybe that would work?
  • casper-you amaze me! working out at 9:30 after all you did earlier in the day! glad your wife was up for it...even after working late. so glad to hear everyone is sticking with it. let's keep going! even if your arms feel like they're going to fall off (like mine do). those shoulder lifts paired with side lunges just about…
  • i am definitely feeling it in my arms and back. i don't think i've done any toning in them for over a year...and the running i've been doing has helped with endurance but not with arms. so glad to be doing this with all of you! so inspiring to have a group to keep me on track! looking forward to getting my butt kicked…
  • i'd like to jump on board too! i'll do it tonight as well.
  • i'm having the same dilemma!!!!! i ate way over my calories last night (about 1000 over) and i'm hardly hungry at all today. Curious if i should just go under today since i'm not hungry anyway...and it'll "even out". Sorry I can't be of much help. But thought i'd at least let you know we're in the same boat. Anyone have…
  • what i would do if it's not in the database is google search "calories burned pilates" and find out through a calculator how many calories you burned. then, you can create your own exercise, type in a description, and the number of calories. it'll be in there for you in the future under "my exercises". hope that helps!
  • here's the subway nutritional values direct from their website for EVERYTHING on their menu. hope it helps! http://subway.com/subwayroot/MenuNutrition/Nutrition/pdf/NutritionValues.pdf
