i was told if you have calories left and if its late then eat something with protein in it like some lunch meat or a protein bar but stay up for at least one hour so you have time to digest it and i dont believe that you can save calories for another day, thats not how i think this works. eat what calories you are allowed…

meijers has a bolthouse dressing in the produce dept. its awesome, and like only 35-45 calories per 2 tbls. depending on which kind you get , i like the thousand island, french and honey mustard, also i use the kraft fat free or light dressings

hmmm interesting question, i wasnt eating my calories burned, then i was told by a nutritionist specialist that you should eat them because if you dont you are starving your body, soooo this week i am eating them back and i will see if it works, if i dont lose any weight then i will go back to not eating them, and lesson…

my nutritionist has told me to always 3 healthy meals and 2 snacks, eat every 3 hrs. no more than 4 hrs. apart, im on a 1200 calorie diet and i do 300 cal and 30 protein for break. lunch and dinner, then my snacks i do 150 cal and 15 protein. you can put them in any order you like just dont go any longer than 4 hrs. good…

omg that looks so yummy, i love bacon, i usually eat the pre-cooked bacon bc it is lower in calories, for 3 pc. you only have like 60 calories, im going to have to try this tho :love:

you can also use a low cal wrap, you can get whole wheat wraps that are only 50 cal or some are a bit more . you can put the pizza wrap carefully in the oven and it is great, comes out crispy, will cook fast so watch carefully
