I have a cheat day one time a month. On this day I eat whatever I want to for one meal and I still do my workout!!! It's been working well for me because if I say I can never eat chocolate or fried chicken again...I would not ever stick to eating healthy for the rest of the month.:tongue:

I'm no fitness trainer or anything but I believe if you lose the weight at a slow pace and add light weight toning to your workout plan that it will help...it's going to depend on your age and how overweight you were as to how much floppy skin you'll have. I agree w/ your post and I am new to this site. I do realize that I myself have not been eating the proper calories for a 1200 calorie plan. I usually have about 750-900 calories a day. I'm new to this also...I started trying to get back into shape around 4 months ago. I'm having success with eating healthy and exercize but this calorie counter thing is really helping me out...I love it!!! Best of luck to everyone...33 down about 50 more to go!!!!!
